To best serve both myself and my clients, I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations made on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot, even ones who are on my waiting list. To ensure my cancellation policy is upheld, I require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. If there is a “no call/ no show” situation, the card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment value. If a client does not show up to their appointment 3 times in a row, they will be subject to a $50 scheduling deposit to be applied to the booked appointment services (this fee is non-refundable in the event of a no show on the 4th scheduled appointment). If an appointment booked on the same day of service should need to be canceled, it needs to be canceled within 4 hours of the appointment to avoid a 50% charge.
